Dr. Lake is friendly and clearly very knowledgeable about his specialty. The staff at Valley Eye and Vision are also great! I wouldn't hestitate to return for my eye exam again. Also, they currently take VSP insurance!! Bonus!

They are the best in town I'm Doctor is great for getting you the correct rx for your eyes. My old rx was too strong and felt weird. He fixed it! Eyeglasses sales staff are great too. Knowledgeable, quick, and professional. They are patient with me which I really appreciate. I will be going here as long as I live in the valley.
Excellent experience at this location. The eye exam was done well, the customer service was far above expectation and their frame selection is great. I highly recommend Valley Eye & Vision East Wenatchee.
Chellsy is amazing! I love her and recommend people all the time because of her. The doctor even addressed something in my eye that no one else had found before. Or at least told me about. Good people!
Mixed reaction on this one, bought 3 pairs of glasses (everyday, computer & Ansi rated prescription eye protection set for work. none were quite right, i think the prescription was off did not help, staff seem to have problems finding things and a recommendation was given on the computer glasses than did NOT include a bifocal ( i missed that as well), so now i cannot look down for data entry and look at screen to enter it, that should have been obvious, missed that at the time sitting down ordering, the newer person on the order side of desk, even had a more experience person, (to make sure it was right) sitting next to her. over all a negative experience and need to reorder glasses
