I went to pick out some frames and decide the type of lenses I wanted about a week and a half ago. Darlene was extremely patient (spending a lot of time and effort going behind us as we so easily toss this frame and that into the receptacles), as well as informative and helpful, making sure everything was just right regarding the positioning of the reading lenses on my bifocals. Today I went to pick them up. Annette, whom I dealt with last time, was also very helpful in adjusting my frames, ensuring they were aligned on my face. Regarding the last time, I went back to her on multiple occasions to get it just right, only to ultimately go against her trained opinion, as if I knew better, arguing with her into submission and having my prescription altered, when finally getting it and coming home, I immediately regretted it, but I was not about to go back and hassle Annette for my mistake. I lived with my miserable decision for 2 years. Moral of the story: listen to Annette!

Horrible staff. This place is a farce. Do not waste your money or time. There is no Dr. here, instead they use a video chat joke platform. The optical assistant was very impolite and rude to many other waiting patients. The other worker was untrained and at 9:00 AM was sitting on the floor near a desk ordering food via a phone call, while ignoring the other patients. The rude optical assistant used an iPad to take the measurements for optical center and intrapupilar distance, instead of using a pupilometer. Due to poor training and inaccurate measurements, my glasses arrived with induced prism and chromatic aberration. Horrible place.
Ya know, people may think that they're just for cheap and basic glasses, but the exam was one if the best I've had. Dr. Lake even noticed a genetic variation and took extra time to see if it was a concern. Picking glasses was fun and picking them up was great. I walked out wearing progressives with a prism and had absolutely no.problems adjusting. Perfect prescription, perfect measurements and fit, perfect service from all of them! Thank you!
Darlene was awesome! Knowledgeable, helpful and fun. She worked with my insurance to get the best value. Love my glasses & sunglasses!
Davis at the eye center was extremely helpful! I’m so glad they were able to help me with ordering my contacts. I appreciate that these employees go above and beyond.
