We were greeted by Miss Maggie at the North Chesterfield store as soon as we walked in and she gave us the most excellent customer service. She is an outstanding employee, and we are thankful for all her help.
Don’t waste your time with this place, they don’t know how to do business. I went online and requested an appointment over a week ago and didn’t get a call or anything so I figured everything was fine I went there this morning for the time I set up walked in started talking to the lady at the desk that’s when I found out I didn’t have an appointment the person that was supposed to call people and confirmed appointments didn’t do her job so no appointment for me and no appointments for my sons. If the office people can’t do a good job more then likely nobody at this place can. It also is a little dumpy and smell’s bad. I will never go back. The lady that was supposed to call people was also rude and never offered an apology. Bad business people. You lost $1000 today.
Today was my first visit here. I was greeted promptly and respectfully. The staff was really nice and everything was done in a timely fashion. The last person (Logan) I encountered was very cool and helpful. She really did assist me with picking the glasses that I deemed were fit for me. I truly had a great experience here. Top tier service! I highly recommend
I’ve left a request for an appointment on their website multiple times and each time I never heard back. Even a simple “No, we are over booked” would have been sufficient, but nope, not even that. Seems like incompetence to me.
