I’ve been to this eye doctor twice to see Dr. Jetton. The first time was to get my glasses prescription and I had a great experience. The second time was a year later to get my contacts prescription. Dr. Jetton was thorough and respectful. The woman who set me up for my exam however was talking to the receptionist about how she was dreading doing the contact appointment right in front of me. I was the only patient in the office. I left with a pair of contacts and ordered a trial pair in the brand I usually wear. They never informed me that the trial pair was on back order. I was told four to five times that my contacts would arrive by the end of the week and would get a call as soon as they arrived. I called every 2 weeks to ask about the status of my contacts. I wasn’t told they were on back order until a month after I already paid for them. After TWO MONTHS of calling and being told they would show up any day and that they’ve “pushed my order through” I asked for my money back. That same day I got a call back telling me that my contacts were actually in the office and I could come pick them up. It was a very frustrating experience to say the least. I won’t be returning and that’s disappointing considering I really felt as though the doctor cared.
