Always a great visit. They always treat me so well. In and out at a good pace. They are so polite and kind from the reception to the end and all between. I'm so happy I switched to this place to trust with my eyes.. They also will explain everything and until you understand. I never leave confused or asking myself what just happened. They are simply the best.

Showed up 10 minutes early for the appointment - but that doesn’t matter because they only have 1 desk nurse checking people in and out so it took 25 minutes to get through the 3 people ahead of me checking in and out. The appointment itself then ended up taking OVER TWO HOURS from start to finish for what was a basic exam/glasses prescription renewal. This is more than twice as long as any other eye doctor I’ve been to. Everyone was kind and professional, but we will not be returning as this office is either understaffed, inefficient, or both.
Ir was an last minute visit since I had just been diagnosed with shingles and the diocese recommended I be seen by ophalmologist since shingles were all around eye area. ER doc called eye institute and asked if I could drive right down for appointment even though I wouldn't get there til close to 5pm. I was scared of eye damage from shingles .when I got there, first rhe receptionist was so welcoming and reassuring. Then when I saw the doc he never once made me.feel hurried but took so much time carefully examining my eye and showing me what he was doing. Bottom line was my eyes were not affected by thr virus, but he showed me every image and explained so much to me. This was after 5pm. I left there feeling like I had been cared for and reassured .when i.had come in very concerned. I hope.they know what that did for this old Grammy! To say I was impressed is an understatement! And he was young and cute to boot!! Janet Geisler
My exam was, of course, thorough, and comprehensive. I do hope that my new glasses are exactly what is prescribed. But that part is not on them (VEI) but where I have them made. I was glad that I didn't have to do that boring test where you stare at one bright dot, while trying to also see other dots in the peripherals. Half the time you almost fall asleep.
The entire staff was very professional and efficient The doctor was very professional and informative Would highly recommend the doctor and staff
