The staff is super friendly!!! The office can get a little crowded, but they move really quickly to get you in and out. Dr. Lebow is not very talkative, I personally like that because he's focused on doing a great job, in which he does. 3years, I've been going, and I'm extremely happy with the services... Great Job

Maggie was delightful and sweet...but the problem came in where i was told glasses ($300) would be done in 2 weeks...call 3.5 weeks later and was rudely talked to by Amy maybe Amanda?😡 who stated normal time is 7-10 days which was baffling because 2 weeks is 14 days. (HER math wasn't mathing) here it is ANOTHER 2 weeks and still haven't heard anything. Line is constantly busy so a phone call is near impossible. I just want mh glasses at this point. Sidenote...maybe they ought to let people pay 1/2 in the beginning then the rest at eyeglass delivery. Also place was clean and as well as the restroom 🙂
Lebow Eye Associates has been fantastic for our family. Our youngest started contacts and struggled with putting them in and taking them out. Maggie and Kiersten were beyond patient. They were kind, empathetic and understanding. That’s so hard to find nowadays. Coming from and being a part of a family that has a lot of ophthalmology concerns, I highly recommend them.
This place is great! Amanda and Katie at the front desk were knowledgeable and informative. Dr. Harold’s eye exam was quick and efficient yet he took the time to answer any questions I had. Maggie and Don went above and beyond to pick out frames for our entire family and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Even though they are pretty far from where we live, they’re worth the drive. 5 stars!
The absolute worst experience I've had with an optometrist. I brought in my frames to have a new Rx put into them. I paid out of pocket and waited to hear back from them. Two and a half weeks later I called THEM to ask if my glasses were ready, they said "yes." I picked up my glasses and a few days later- I noticed the integrity of my frames had minor cracks. I then noticed that the lenses were THICK, and not inset to the frame! I do not have bi-focals and the new Rx was only a slight increase from the previous Rx. When I returned to question: "Why would you all not keep the frame/lenses uniform? Why would putting a thicker lense in such small frames be the best decision to make?" I was told I didn't "ask" for thinner lenses! Thing is: I've never had to ask that, nor have been asked if I wanted thinner lenses. The only thing the Lebow eye associate asked (at initial visit) was about transition lenses- which I also paid for. To add insult to injury- my favorite frames were broken when another associate attempted to "pop-out" the newer lense in order to switch it out with the older lense, for comparison purposes! We never got to compare. So, I've left my frames with them for 2nd time in over a month. Of course I'm paying the difference of thinner lenses. (Wasn't charged for repair).
