Between the two of them, my children have used four separate therapists from here. All have been fantastic. Very caring, energetic, and passionate in their respective fields. I'd highly recommend Golisano. The front desk is also wonderfully helpful and polite as well.

The treatment here is decent. Now, the struggle to get my daughter’s medical records from here was another story. To cut it short after much trouble to find out who to call for medical records for her school, they told me I can only get it through MyChart. I told them I didn’t have access because I never got the email link to get access to it. They transferred my call. The person on this line told me that since my daughter is “Twelve years old” she gets her own online records and she needs to sign a release form for me (her mother) to see them. What??!!! I was transferred yet again to someone else so they can give me the paper work for my kid (who’s under age) to grant me access. I just hung up. Who do you think took her to the hospital for her treatments? Who do you think pays for the bill? Who do you think takes care of her ever need? She’s twelve are you kidding me. She dosent even have an email address or a phone number or even know what in the world an immunization record is. Iam in shock and I’ll be praying extra hard for this country and its agenda on children. Btw my twelve year old would love a job. She’ll prob be late to work because her only source of transportation is a kids bike 🤷‍♀️ and her form of paycheck better be candy, Barbie dolls, and a dog. 😡

We appreciate how caring and kind the staff and providers are here. We also always have great medical care very thorough and never have to wait long even when busy. I wish the provider would do private practice he is amazing. We always feel safe and trust their medical advice.

We’re traveling from western NY and our 9 month-old needed two urgent care visits during our week-long stay. This location was our second urgent care visit and the team went above and beyond! From the check in through to the doctor’s evaluation it was a smooth process and one with extra care. I’d ask Dr. Solano to be our pediatrician if it were possible. He was extremely methodical, educational (he showed us photos) and he was aware of how me, Mama, was handling a crying baby. While we hope to not need urgent care again, the reality of traveling with children may say otherwise. In that case I’d gladly bring my daughter back here. Many thanks to the entire team that cared for us. You made a huge difference for our family!

I’m really surprised that only five people have left reviews for the Golisano children’s urgent care. This place is a dream for parents. Everyone that works here is extremely friendly and always go above and beyond to help the patient in the parents. The staff is wonderful. The location is convenient and the facility is super clean. Thank you very much for this facility. You are definitely a blessing to our area.
