Legacy Eye Care

This was my first time visiting Legacy Eye Care and I had a great experience! Dr. Henderson was awesome! I had to bring my six year old with me. She was very active to the point I felt like she was being distracting. Dr. Henderson kept calm and even interacted with her. He showed her my scans and explained to her what she was looking at. I loved it and so did she! The staff were very polite and efficient. I will definitely return and will recommend them to friends and family. Thank you for the great service!

I had a great experience here! I requested an appointment online and they reached out in less than 24 hours, which was amazing compared to another clinic that took over a week. Everything was handled clearly through text with no confusion. They sent my patient questionnaire by Email, found my insurance easily, and gave me my co-pay ahead of time. Super convenient! When I arrived, the front desk, staff were kind and efficient. The doctor really listened to my concerns and explained my eye health well. The appointment didn’t feel rushed at all. I got both my glasses and contact prescriptions right after the exam. Overall, I was in and out quickly and felt really taken care of. Definitely impressed!

Dr Henderson and staff were amazing ! Everyone was super kind and helpful from the receptionist to the ladies who helped test my daughter's eyes and pick out glasses. The Doctor was great and explained why my daughter is experiencing some vision changes. He asked us if we had any questions. Super kind and professional.

I have been wearing glasses for 14 years and these are by far the worst glasses I have ever owned. I was rushed through my first appointment and my prescription was done incorrectly. Went back for a fix up appointment and they only fixed the right eye. The left eye is still messed up. I am getting constant headaches and getting dizzy from them. Asked for refund on crizal since it reflected sunlight and hurt my eyes and was told no. They have intense glare with and without crizal. Waste of $300. I will not be a returning customer

I’m 65 and have a long History with eye issues since I was 12 I visited many different Eye Doctors I even had 2 cataract surgeries and a detached retina last several years 4 different Doctors could not get my prescription right, I had better results using $ 10.00 readers a friend recommended Legacy and turned out to be the best experience ever for my eyes the staff super nice the Doctor did a laser procedure on. Left eye and got the prescription 100% perfect! Forever grateful to Legacy!
