This was my first visit with Dr. Branch, and I had a very positive experience. He identified and corrected an issue with my previous prescription, which significantly improved my vision—better than it has been in years. As a result, I’ve also noticed a reduction in my headaches. Dr. Branch and his staff are both friendly and professional, and they clearly demonstrate a genuine commitment to patient care. Based on my experience, my husband has also decided to begin seeing Dr. Branch for his eye care needs. I highly recommend Dr. Branch at Total Optical for your eye care needs.

Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Branch works tirelessly to make sure there are no medical issues with my eyes, along with explaining anything he sees that might be an issue down the road. He makes every effort to make sure the correction is accurate. I have a hole in the center of my vision in my left eye and even spent EXTRA time and effort to make sure he obtained the best possible correction.

Dr Branch and staff are amazing. They are patient, kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. Customer service is still in use here. I appreciate the way the entire office involves the pt in every step of the way. I've only had one other optometrist that has actually understood my eyes the way that Dr Branch has. As much as I hate to share, this the optometrist you've been looking for. Thanks for the great care!

Loves Dr. Branch, he was great, patient and took his time trying to find the best prescription for me, this part of the visit was hands down great!! 5 stars. However, I will not be returning again because of the poor follow through from the rest of the staff, the dismissive way they speak with me when I have to drive down there because literally for 2.5 weeks, I could not get through to anyone! You always have to leave a voice message for "Cindy" who gets defensive when I ask why we are unable to reach anyone on the phone or receive a call back. I'm just told, 'We're just really short-staffed." Everytime??? 🤔 Now mind you, I been in there at least 4 or 5 times now for different lens trials or glasses adjustment, all at different times is the day. On one occasion there was 1 other customer there and always 3+ people working behind the desk. This doesn't add up why the phones can't be answered. So instead I have to take time out of my work day to drive down there to ask basic questions they could answer over phone. This is not great customer service that keeps your clients coming back which is unfortunate because the doctor was awesome.

Dr. Chad was very thorough. Took the time to answer questions and made sure I understood everything. Glasses frames are a little pricey. But we'll worth the good service.
