Pearle Vision at the Market at Czech Place

Today when we went in to order my new reading glasses, there was only one woman there working, but she was very helpful, kind, and patient. After we left, we went back to order prescription sunglasses just an hour or so later. Very pleased with the service today.

I’ve used the Yukon location before with no issues. I even returned, hoping for the same experience. This time around I sat in the eye exam room for 50 minutes waiting for the doctor. I was not told beforehand that they were running behind, or given any sort of update while I was waiting.To make it worse, when I walked out to reschedule the doctor who had just finished with another patient, walked into another exam room. At what point they were planning on seeing me, I don’t know. Maybe another hour? If you’re on an hour lunch time crunch - come back later, if at all.

No thank you. I had to be cancelled upon walking in because my child is too young despite having been able to book. Further more, the doc couldn't have been bothered to make an appearance to apologize. Represent your clinic man...

This place they do not honor warranties like they say will. I took my glasses there because the lenses coating was peeling. It should been covered under the warranty, as it was a product defect. The Manager lady there would not. She said I would have to pay for new lenses. It was disappointing hear after hundreds of dollars are spend for the glasses. I would not recommend this place.

Tina was FANTASTIC! I had a disappointing experience at another eyeglass place so I came to Pearlvision in Yukon and right away Tina helped me understand in great detail what went wrong with the glasses I received from the other company.
