I called at 3:30 in the afternoon to schedule an appointment, and was so pleasantly surprised that they were able to see me 40 mins later. From the person taking my information over the phone to the check in process at reception, everything was so easy. I saw Dr Nguyen, and she was amazing! She was so caring about my issue, and extremely thorough in the exam. I could not have had a better experience than Legacy Vision!

Been going here for 15 years, Dr Kirkland is amazing but the customer service and quality of eye glasses have gone way down over the last 3 few years !! The last pair of glasses I got from them one of the lenses got hazy after 5 months. I had an emergency and was late for my appt called and let them know and when I got there I got a sorry we have no availability and will need to reschedule. Guess they don’t appreciate long standing customers. Sucks but Looks like I will have to find another eye doctor ‼️
I’ve been a loyal customer of this optician for over 15 years, and my experience has consistently been exceptional. The last pair of glasses I purchased here were the best I’ve ever had. They fit perfectly and have been a great addition to my collection.
Excellent doctors/staff BUT was contacted repeatedly to make our yearly appointments. When completed, was told that they now no longer accept appointments for more than two family members at a time to avoid cancellations. What?? Our family is small. Never heard of such a policy anywhere ever. Had to cancel unexpectedly and now find another eye doctor.
