Legacy Vision Center

The staff is incredibly nice, and my initial experience would’ve been a 5 star review however I feel like I should warn other people about the Neurolense. They claimed it would help migraines caused by misalignment, and I decided to try them despite the >$1,000 price tag since they assured me I could return them if I didn’t like them. I received the glasses two weeks after my appointment, which felt pretty standard for new glasses however I could not adjust to the prisms in the neurolense at all. Every step felt like I was praying the floor hadn’t moved, and I never got brave enough to leave my home or drive with them on. I returned the glasses, and they told me I would get my refund after they had contacted neurolense. Two weeks later my corrected glasses were ready, and they did apparently prescribe me digital lenses instead of regular single lenses. I truly only wear glasses for driving at night, my prescription is only a few hairs away from 20/20, so that felt like an unnecessary expense but I just need new glasses so oh well. The problem? Still no refund. It took around a month from the initial return for me to get a $640 refund. I feel like the company had forgotten about my money, and the doctor was never in to process my refund. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful, I’ll probably find a different office in the future.

11/19/2024 I wanted to update my experience with Dr Fulmer and staff. Dr. Fulmer with all her thoroughness took the time to explain to me why she was ordering a different type of contact lenses for me. I said ok let’s give it a try. It took a while for the lenses to come in ….but WOW the wait was worth it!! My vision is much better than before and to my absolute satisfaction I do not have ANY of the problems I had before. Being that I have not so good vision without glasses or contacts comfort is very important to me. Dr Fulmer NAiLED IT….my lenses feel like I am a teenager again…no discomfort AT ALL!!! Thanks you Dr. Fulmer for taking the time and concern to make my vision better. I will say it again I highly recommend Dr Fulmer for all Eye doctor. She and her staff are not only the utmost professionals but are very kind and caring. If you are looking for a great Eye doctor, end your search now. I promise you that you will be glad you did. I went to Legacy Vision today September 30, 2024 and I can absolutely recommend them as your next eye doctor!! My previous Doctor had retired and I was concerned about seeing a new doctor. Dr. Fulmer was very thorough in her examination and very thoughtful as she listened to me detail my past history. As a contact lense patient with not the best vision she was spot on with her assessment. She was through in explaining what she saw in the process. I wholeheartedly believe if you are looking for an eye doctor you can rest assure this is the place!! Also not to leave them out the front desk staff was also extremely friendly and helpful. Great job Legacy Vision Center!!!!

This was my first visit. I usually go to EyeCare Associates for my exam and Costco for glasses. I was impressed with the facility and eyeglass selection. Dr. Fulmer did a thorough eye exam and explained everything she was doing. Christy was awesome and helped me pick out some more modern frames and the best lenses for my application. Great experience overall. I will be back!

I love the staff here! They are always super sweet and take the time to answer my questions. I've been trying to get used to contacts and Dr. Fulmer has been very helpful in finding the right ones for me! I've also had 2 of my 4 treatments of tempsure from Jess and have loved my results! 10/10 Recommend this great group of ladies! -- And the office itself is clean, decorated beautifully and is very welcoming!

At first, my experience here was positive—but things went downhill quickly once I had an issue with my lenses. I purchased the OVO frames, which were the most expensive option available and came with a solid warranty. I also paid extra for special lens coatings that were supposed to protect against scratches. Within the first week, the lenses were already scratched—likely due to my work environment—and the damage only got worse over time. When I brought them in for a replacement under warranty, the new lenses arrived a week or two later with the wrong prescription. They caused headaches and eventually migraines. I returned again, and one of the staff members insisted everything was correct “on paper.” Still, they sent the glasses out for another remake. That second pair not only had the same prescription issue, but the lenses weren’t even cut properly—there was visible overhang between the lens and frame. They did fix the fit, but the prescription was still off. The lenses let in too much light, caused more headaches, and once again, I was told everything looked “correct” in the system. At that point, the employee essentially blamed me for the issue and refused to take further action or contact the lab. Out of frustration, I asked them to put my original scratched lenses back in—at least they were the correct prescription. I dealt with blurry vision until my next appointment elsewhere. Unfortunately, my mother has also had negative experiences with their customer service, so it’s not just a one-time thing. I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this place when they refuse to make things right—especially when it comes to something as important as your vision.
