Legarreta Eye Center

This place has to be a joke. The male receptionist is awful. He is so rude and unhelpful whatsoever. He even had his name tag upside down when I went to check in. Unprofessional. The entire staff honestly is just awful. I ordered 6 months worth of contacts and paid over $300 for them. I had someone pick them up for me because I work during their hours. They handed the person who had picked it up for me, 3 months worth of contacts and said this is all they have for me. I ORDERED 6 MONTHS WORTH AND THEY DIDNT GIVE ME HALF OF WHAT I PAID FOR. I am definitely coming back and talking to them about this. This is absurd. So unorganized and unprofessional. This place should just close down.

I was misdiagnosed as having glaucoma and needed a prescription for eye drops and come in every 3 weeks by Tom O'Connor so I went to a glaucoma specialist and I DON'T have glaucoma and I see them ONCE a year. Also in the optical department the previous worker a woman with straight hair and shorter stature was awesome NOW the new girls would not even get out of their chair to help me pick frames, I kept bringing them to her and she would say yes or no if my insurance covered them. I had no idea what I was doing, I ended up buying woman's glasses because of the incompetence. Please do NOT go to Legarreta eye care!

I've been a customer for over 20 years and am always happy to recommend this location. They are true pros, and have helped me out in a pinch many times.

They are not helpful and give you false information sending you to other locations that can’t help. Staff is rude. I have been going here for 15 years. I will never be back this place has gone downhill

Dr John O`Connor, has a terrific personality, if it were not for him id never know my eye pressure was high. He maintained it to normal levels. Im hoping BCBS keep The Legarreta Eye Care in Network. Thankyou to Connor the front desk gentleman who is very good at his job.
