Thank you Value Vision! These guys are great! Everyone is so friendly, and helpful. I brought my 2 children in for an eye exam and the doctor and staff were all so patient with them. Thanks for being so transparent with pricing and options! Clean, friendly and well run place!

I don't leave reviews on anything, but to be honest with you, I have had the best visit at this location so I just knew that I had to write one. First off, all the staff are so friendly and inviting here. I came in to get new glasses before my insurance ended, and all three individuals who had been a part of that process we're so lovely and kind. The receptionist was fantastic and got me in and out waiting for the doctor very fast. She was very knowledgeable on all four of the machines used in her job and gave a perfect run down of what each one does and what to do for them. Next up is the eye doctor who had seen me. The doctor was very kind and helpful with checking my prescriptions. She ran me through the tests and was so patient while I tried to decipher if one lens was more or less blurry than the previous one. The entire time, she just had a very warm and inviting energy, and you can really tell she's passionate about what she does. Last but not least, the manager was absolutely amazing. She had helped tremendously on picking out the frames for the new glasses, and helped find ones that fit my face comfortably, and she was extremely sweet in boosting confidence saying that she thinks we picked the perfect frames. She had told us about the current deal, not for her sake, but for ours. She walked us through the numbers, and had us out in no time. The staff here are absolutely amazing, and I would highly recommend this to anyone in need of assistance in this department! If I could give a 6th star, I would! 100/10!

Everyone at this location is great. Very friendly & patient, they took me in quickly for my appointment. I also picked out a super cute Michael kors frame for my glasses and the lady that helped me was amazing. I believe she said she is the manager at this location. I was concerned about my insurance and the cost of my frames but she helped me and took her time (during lunch time I must add). She looked at my insurance to find the best frame and price for me. Overall great people, very calm environment. Highly recommend! ⭐️✨

As a first time patient I enjoyed my experience they took care of everything for me , I didn't have to worry about that new place paperwork anxiety, they took care of the paperwork. The staff was friendly kind and courteous and efficient even with my appointment time. I have not experienced this type of customer service in many years .

The team here at Value Vision is wonderful. I am a long time patient/customer, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my glasses/contacts. Dr. Rebecca is great and always listens to any concerns I have and Mo has always helped me find the best glasses!
