The guy is so nice and humble. I like his demeanor and personality as well. If you ever need some glasses this is the place to go!

I would not recommend this place at all, calling during their office hours is very hard, I've never gotten through to anyone, nor have I gotten call backs when I leave a message, if your local I suggest just stopping by to speak to anyone. Also the anti-glare coating on my lenses have started peeling off within a few months of using the glasses. I have never had this happen to any of my previous pairs (some which have been used over a year!). The glasses are cleaned with a micro fiber cloth and nothing else, I don't see how the coating would wear so quickly.

Folks - This is the worst place to visit. The person who sits there is too harsh and arrogant and zero customer centricity. He would make you realize that you landed at the wrong place at first interaction itself. Just avoid if you want a value for your time and money.

I have been visiting Lens and Frames Inc dayton location from 2017 for myself and my son. Pradeep is very kind and has good reasonable rates on lens and glasses. Doctor is polite and does detailed test. I have recommended many of my friends here i would suggest anyone looking as well.

The worst eye doctor place. The doctor is very kind and experienced however the front desk person or the practice manager is the worst. He messed up an entire year worth of vision premium I paid for my spouse. And he is always confused patient and he is extremely rude. I am so disappointed and now my husband missed his last year eye exam because that guy is incapable of understanding simple conversations.
