I’ve been coming here for as long as I can remember and in recent years it’s very clear to me that the sales women behind the counter are doing some form of scamming. They use intimidation tactics to get you to spend more money and if that doesn’t work they’ll just downright scam you. I specifically remember requesting to not do the contacts exam because I was only coming in for glasses and I still had plenty of contacts left. Yet somehow there’s an exam fee that they claim I’m responsible for. They’ve refused to give me my prescriptions until I pay the balance which is very illegal and will be reported to the FTC. This comes after I had to wait a whole month for my glasses because the woman in the front ordered the wrong color and refused to admit her mistake. I don’t think the doctor is at fault because I’ve have nothing but positive experiences with him but the ladies at the front need to be retrained on customer service.

This was the worst eye doctor I have ever been to. None of the workers are friendly. I even called before hand to see if they would be able to help me with my prescriptions, just for them to tell me they don't do prescriptions for hard contacts. Minus the fact I had to wait 25 minutes to use the restroom to put my contacts back in, because one of the workers wanted to blow up the bathroom while there being only ONE bathroom. You can only imagine how literally digusted I was, I didn't want to even put my contacts in after. All I wanted was a new prescription for my contacts yet the Dr decided I should try new lenses and gave me trial lenses and said he would call me whenever they arrived. My visit was October 2025, we're in 2026. If you actually care about your vision and want great service, I definitely recommend to go anywhere else, DO NOT go here. I ended up paying for a service and never even got my contacts. Such a joke of a business and company!

If I could give zero stars I would, I came in to get my eyes checked and to see if I needed a new prescription. I walked in and waited over 10 minutes and wasn’t greeted the people behind the counter looked at me several times and carried on about their day. There was only two other customers who were already being helped so this wasn’t a case of being busy the place was practically empty. One employee started scrolling on his phone instead of speaking to me. Horrible customer service and seems pretty discriminatory & racist ! I highly recommend if you’re African American or don’t speak Spanish do not give this business your money or time !

I would not recommend this place. Came to have an eye exam; confirmed in person that I need to pay nothing if I purchase a promo through Groupon. After the purchase and exam, I was forced to pay an extra $55 to obtain a copy of the prescription. Scam 100%!
