walked into LensCrafters close to closing time and was still greeted with a smile and genuine eagerness to help. I originally came in to get the glasses I had purchased in New York adjusted, but the experience was so great that I ended up buying another pair as well. The staff took their time, answered all of my questions, and made me feel valued instead of rushed. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I would definitely come back for my future glasses needs!

★☆☆☆☆ I visited this LensCrafters location expecting professional customer service, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. From the moment I arrived until the time I left, the employee assisting me came across as rude and unwelcoming. I tried to remain polite throughout the visit, but I felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience rather than a customer. The eye exam itself was fine, but customer service is a major part of the overall experience. I hope management addresses how customers are treated, because no one should leave feeling disrespected after spending their time and money at a business. This is my first and last visit.

Miggs took the time to understand what I was looking for, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made sure everything fit comfortably and looked great.
