The staff is absolutely wonderful when you check-in, it's fast. Efficient quick, so you don't feel like you'll be there shopping for a car! LOL it's really nice to go to a doctor's office and be greeted by friendly helpful staff that care about you and you vision. Very impressive
I'm travelling, and when I lost a nose pad on my glasses I wasn't sure where I should go. I found this LensCrafters and decided to see if they could help me. I did not purchase my glasses from them. I worked with Gino and he was professional, efficient and did a great job with my glasses. I would definitely go back to LensCrafters and work with Gino again. I was trying to buy new frames because I am blind and my glasses were destroyed while on vacation. Lenscrafters at tukatnu refused me service because they didn't carry the brand of frame i had destroyed. Hey thanks Lenscrafter! Great customer service. I will recommend anyone not to waste time with the overpriced options, and poor customer appreciation.
