LensCrafters

Moved to Scottsdale 2 weeks ago. Sunglasses were stolen within those 2 weeks after 2 months of ownership. Went into LensCrafters at fashion square and my guy Jerry made the process of getting new sunglasses seamless. I received my new sunglasses in less than a week (4 days) and couldn’t be happier. Jerry is helpful and knowledgeable and will get you your next pair of glasses and resolve any issues, questions, comments, and or concerns.

Staff was very helpful. Other establishments wouldn't even entertain swapping out my lenses on my Meta Gen 2 glasses. They will do it without hesitation . I'm waiting on my transition lenses to come in, but feel at ease knowing they'll do it. Highly recommended!

Victoria is beyond awesome! She helped me out and answered every weird question that I threw out there. Victoria has such a welcoming and reassuring vibe, she felt more like a friend than a sales representative. Very greatful for this experience, way to go LensCrafters!

If zero stars was an option that’s what I would rating! I had new lens put in my frames from the previous year, the frames were damaged in the process of installing the new lens. Rather than take accountability they deflected saying it wasn’t them. David the assistant store manager was extremely rude, and defensive rather than listening to a customer’s concerns and trying to come to a resolution. I have been going to the Scottsdale Fashion Square store for years, I will never be back. They have lost my family’s business! Horrible customer service! The response from the owner makes makes this experience even better!

Went in just to have a lens for my old B&L era RayBan sunglasses put back in as I didn't want to break it whilst trying to fix it myself and not knowing what I was doing. Had a great experience, was in and out within 10mins with them fixed and ready to wear again. Highly recommend their customer service, specifically Ben helped me and has phenomenal experience!
