LensCrafters

I had an excellent experience at LensCrafters! I ordered a new pair of glasses with my updated prescription and received a fantastic 50% discount on my new frames. Alejandra was amazing—she was knowledgeable, patient, and helped me with everything I needed from start to finish. Her outstanding customer service made the entire process easy and enjoyable. One of the things I love most about LensCrafters is their 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If something about your glasses doesn’t feel right or isn’t working properly, you can have them adjusted or even exchange them at no extra cost. That gave me great peace of mind. Highly recommend LensCrafters, and a special thanks to Alejandra for her exceptional service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Came here for a check up and I loved my experience. Service was amazing and staff were attentive . I forgot their names but it was 2 women working today at 2:30pm. I recommend coming here for an eye exam for their ease of scheduling and open availability.

Erika was amazing ! She was so kind and patient. She helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for . She made the experience so fun and easy . I usually avoid shopping at this time but she made it feel like I was with a best friend shopping . Thank you so much !!

Walked in and immediately greeted by front staff who listened to me to helps solve my issue with my sunglasses. Katie especially was extremely helpful in taking care of my issue and providing me with more information. Everyone was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable…..great workplaces combination. Appreciate all your time and effort and will definitely come back in the future!

From the moment I walked into LensCrafters, I received truly exceptional service. Erika took the time to listen to what I liked and didn’t like, and effortlessly curated the perfect selection of frames for me. What I appreciated most was how seamless she made the entire experience. I initially came in for one pair, but her expertise and genuine enthusiasm convinced me to also get a beautiful pair of sunglasses, especially with the great promotion they currently have. Tina, the store manager, was equally impressive. From the moment I arrived, she was attentive, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. She guided me through all of my questions about trying contact lenses for the first time and made sure I felt completely at ease throughout the process. Both Erika and Tina exemplify professionalism, care, and true passion for what they do. It’s rare to encounter a team that operates with such excellence and authenticity. I’ll definitely be recommending this location to all of my friends and family.
