We visited Lens Crafters to replace my daughter's glasses after her previous pair was damaged while the kids were playing. She already had a current prescription, so we didn't need an eye exam. From the moment we walked in, Jennie greeted us with a warm welcome and provided outstanding customer service. She was patient, friendly, and helped my daughter narrow down several frames that matched her style, color preferences, and fit. The entire process was quick, easy, and stress-free. Jennie made the experience enjoyable, and we truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend this Lens Crafters location!

Absolutely horrible experience. I bought a pair of Prada eyeglasses from this location, and within a year the lenses began to crackle and turn cloudy. For eyewear at this price point, that is completely unacceptable. When I went back to the store to ask about replacing them, I was treated poorly because I had not purchased an additional warranty. Instead of standing behind the product or offering a reasonable solution, they refused to help. That sends a very clear message: once they have your money, customer service depends on whether you paid even more for extra coverage. Between the product quality and the dismissive attitude I received in-store, I would not recommend this location. Buyers should be cautious, because the customer service alone says everything. Note: I walked in the store to try and get it resolved with no solution. I was fully charged for the next pair of glasses. 100%. Not sure what else you thought. I could do by filling out the form when I was there with the glasses in hand and was declined.

I purchased 2 pair of glasses today at the LensCrafters on AutoPark Way in Escondido, CA. Sarah, the salesperson I worked with, was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. She’s also very nice as well as easy going. I felt she gave me honest feedback as far as what looked good on me and what did not. Everyone was welcoming. I highly recommend this store.

I've been coming to this location for a very long time and every time I'm completely blown away by the guest service. Jenny is Amazing. There is an Allstate car insurance commercial that asks are you in good hands ? With Jenny at this LensCrafters location you most definitely are in great hands. She is kind, professional, and genuine. I hope her superiors recognize that they have a star at this location and take the time to do something nice for her. Jenny keeps me and others coming back.
