LensCrafters

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Monty at LensCrafters is absolutely amazing! His customer service is consistently outstanding, and it’s one of the main reasons I keep coming back. He always takes the time to help me find the perfect frames that fit my style and look great. What I appreciate most about Monty is that he genuinely looks out for his customers. He always finds a way to help me save money while still making sure I get exactly what I want. He’s knowledgeable, patient, professional, and never makes you feel rushed. It’s rare to find someone who provides this level of customer service every single time. Monty makes the entire experience easy and enjoyable. If you’re looking for new glasses, I highly recommend asking for Monty—you’ll be in great hands! Thank you, Monty, for always taking such great care of me! 👓🙌

Monty was amazing! He explained the progression in lenses in detail. He really had to work to get my order to go through. This was the third time I was in the shop to get these glasses ordered. I can’t thank Monty enough. I have convinced my spouse to start using the office for our next exam thanks to the great experience that Monty provided. Thanks Monty!!!

Best Lens crafters in Escondido. Super friendly staff. I don't think they have total control over this, but they gave us a 2 week turn around for 2 Ray Ban single vision glasses and they came in in 4 days. Fit and Rx was great!

What an unbelievable experience Miss Katie helped me out so much. I came in a pinch. Drove over here with one eye open, my glass popped out during the drive. Everyone else was closed. What a great experience if you go to the JCPenney at North County fair on the second level what a great experience thank you so much.

I went into the store, looking for an eyeglass repair kit. They did not sell them, but they happily replaced the missing screw from my sunglasses. Great customer service. I will definitely return when I need to purchase my next pair of glasses.
