First time here and we had a great experience. Jay was friendly, patient, and very professional. She gave us helpful advice and helped my husband arrange an eye exam. We both got new glasses and really appreciated her support. We’ll be back!

Jade is great — she’s very kind and honestly feels more like family. I appreciate her, and she is the one person there who consistently comes across as genuinely helpful. That said, I can’t say the same about the rest of the staff. My experiences have often felt rude, condescending, and like helping customers is an inconvenience. Their selection is okay, but the customer service really needs work. I went in on 5/1/26 to pick up my glasses. After introducing myself and explaining that I was there for pickup, the staff member gave me an annoyed look and said, “Huh?!” in a very dismissive tone. I had to take a deep breath just to stay calm. Then on 5/3/26, I called to ask if the nose pads on my new glasses could be changed to clear ones. I was told they were very busy on weekends and that they don’t do repairs on weekends, so I should come Monday. I paid for coverage, so it was frustrating to be made to feel like basic assistance is only offered when it’s convenient for them. Again, Jade is wonderful. The rest of the staff could really learn from her humility and customer service. Unfortunately, based on these experiences, I don’t want to come back here.
Optometrist review. They mandate an Optomap exam with a regular eye exam. A $40 extra on top of your copay. They don’t tell you upfront until you pay and then find out an extra $40 was added. Prior to the exam, I even especially asked for a basic eye exam with no extra but they are very sneaky. I wouldn’t go there even if I needed an Optomap. I don’t appreciate this kind of practice. You lost a customer. Just a warning to all
Huge shoutout to the team at this LensCrafters location! I walked in with a broken nose temple on a pair of frames hoping for a quick fix. Even though I wasn't a previous customer, they treated me like a regular. They had my glasses back on my face and fitting perfectly in less than two minutes, all with a smile and no charge. Fast, professional, and generous. I’ll definitely be coming back here when it's time for my next eye exam.
Very helpful service! Excellent staff. Help to resolve my glasses problems really quick. Nose pads fixing for free. Truly appreciate the help.
