I had a great experience at LensCrafters! The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. They took the time to look up my insurance, explained all of my coverage and options clearly and concisely, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. A special shoutout to Elvia for going above and beyond, and thank you to the entire team for the excellent customer service. I highly recommend this LensCrafters location!

Bertha did an excellent job fixing and cleaning my Cartier glasses, which were bent pretty badly. They look perfect now—great service and attention to detail.
I been coming to this place for about 10 years! Hands down the best place to get your glasses. Bertha Rios is one of the best employees I have ever worked with! She is so professional and know a lot of things she is teaching me about my glasses. She works so hard to make sure everyone feels valued.
To Whom It May Concern: I was at the LensCrafters in Mountain View recently while my boyfriend had an eye exam. Bertha helped us while we were there and she was great: really patient, explained our insurance clearly, and helped us sort through frames even though the store was busy. While she was helping us, a male coworker came up and started speaking to her in a raised tone right in front of customers. The experience was uncomfortable, especially since she was in the middle of assisting us. What stuck with me was how Bertha handled it. She stayed calm and kept helping us like nothing happened. I felt this deserved recognition, especially in today’s day and age. I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt like it was worth mentioning. Employees like this make a big difference in the customer experience. Please encourage this humanity in your employees and let Bertha be a guide.
I am very disappointed with the consultation experience. Dr. Emmanuel has usually been a nice and patient doctor, however today his composure was extremely rude and unprofessional. During the eye exam, while presenting to me two different prescriptions, I could not see the difference and expressed so to the Doctor. I also communicated to him some concerns about my vision, hoping to receive some advice. However, instead of addressing my concerns, he only kept switching back and forth between the two lenses in the exam. He then grew frustrated, snapping at me that he “had already shown you the two lenses five times.” I felt pressured to end the exam, as if my questions were wasting his time. Then he commented, “You seem a bit off, you seem different from the last time I saw you.” His tone felt patronizing and accusatory, as if I were out of my mind for bringing up concerns about my vision! After the exam, I realized the prescription difference was 0.25, no wonder I could not see the difference! The eye exam lasted no more than 5 minutes, and in that amount of time Doctor Emmanuel was able to lose his patience with his client. I do not know what is happening with him, but I do not want to be treated by him ever again. Everybody in that office seemed quite impatient. It is sad because it used to be a good place to take care of your eye health, but not anymore.
