LensCrafters

We've been patients at LensCrafters Chino Hills for many years, and Dr. Kelly Trinh is simply the best! Her thoroughness, expertise, and genuine care for her patients keep us coming back. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and always makes sure we leave with the right prescription and complete confidence in our eye health. The store itself is a pleasure to visit too. The location is super convenient. They also have a large selection of frames, so there's something to fit every style and budget. What really sets this LensCrafters apart, though, is the staff. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, whether you're picking out new frames, navigating insurance questions, or just have a quick question about your glasses. They make the whole experience easy and enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommend Dr. Trinh and the entire team at LensCrafters Chino Hills for anyone looking for excellent eye care and a great overall experience!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at the LensCrafters in Chino Hills. I first visited on July 11, when Jay took the time to explain my frame and lens options and provided me with a detailed quote. I wasn't able to purchase that day, but I never felt pressured. I returned on July 13, and although Jay wasn't working, Chris took great care of me. She reviewed all of my lens options again, answered all of my questions, let me know I could use my AAA discount to save money, and recommended the anti-glare coating. Thanks to her, I felt confident in my decision and purchased my Ray-Ban Meta glasses with premium prescription lenses. Both Jay and Chris were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the best option rather than just making a sale. Outstanding customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend this LensCrafters location!

Huge thank you to Chris at LensCrafters! I brought in my favorite pair of shades that had gotten warped from the heat and were completely out of shape. The glasses weren’t even purchased at LensCrafters, but Chris still took the time to see if she could help me...and she fixed them! I’ve purchased from LensCrafters before, but this kind of customer service is exactly what makes me want to continue coming back. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and went out of her way to help when she really didn’t have to. I was SO happy to have my favorite glasses back to normal. Thank you, Chris! ❤️

Ordered my Nuance Audio glasses today. Everyone was very helpful when we walked in. Chris helped get me set up with the glasses. She is very knowledgeable about them. She answered all our questions and showed us the different ways to set up the hearing feature. I cannot wait to get my pair!! Thank you Chris and Lens Crafters team for all your help!!

From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to helping me find the best solution for my vision needs. What impressed me most was their knowledge and patience.
