I received great service with LensCrafters Sacramento, Ca (Arden Fair Mall). Associates were kind, attentive, and professional. My visit was to replace damaged glasses or find a new pair. I was informed I was due for an eye exam, which I was able to complete during my visit. It was quick, informative and went smoothly. André was also a great help with helping me sort through options pertaining to frames and lenses. He has good personality and kept good conversation throughout the process. Much appreciated 👍.

Stephanie greeted me warmly and took the time to thoroughly explain progressive lenses, including the pros and cons. She was honest and transparent throughout the process and went the extra mile to compare the cost of replacing only my lenses versus purchasing new frames. She also reviewed my previous order history and confirmed whether I still wanted the same features for my new glasses. Stephanie was detailed, patient, and attentive to my needs. Even as the store became increasingly busy, she efficiently assisted other customers while still making sure all of my questions were answered and my needs were met. She was professional, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with.

Steffanie was awesome with helping me select lenses. She was patient, knowledgeable and fun. We laughed a lot and she had a great attitude. It was a pleasure doing business with her and Lenscrafters. I got two pairs of designer glasses at a great price. Go Lenscrafters!

I was seen by Andre who was very courteous and extremely knowledgeable with the Eyewear they sold as well as, eye measurements which was very impressive. Andre's customer service manner was impeccable he made me feel very comfortable while I was feeling anxious about my poor eye sight trying to read all the things i needed to sign in the contracts. I am now officially a customer of this Lens Crafters store inside the Arden Way mall! I will definitely be telling all my friends and family about how wonderful my experience! If I could give six stars I would. From my phone call yesterday through frame selection and completing my sunglasses and distance order - Andre was exceptional! He not only took the time to help me find what I needed, but was kind and patient and informative in the process. In case your skeptical of getting something is important as your eyeglasses at a mall - Head to LensCrafters in the Arden Fair Mall you won’t be sorry!
