Shoutout to LensCrafters for coming through for me today. I accidentally sat on my Ray-Ban frames and bent them pretty bad, but the staff adjusted and fixed them up perfectly. Super friendly, quick service, and they had my glasses fitting comfortably again in no time. Definitely appreciate the help — highly recommend!
This was my boys’ first time getting their eyes checked outside of their pediatrician, and we had such a great experience! They are 10 and 7, and everyone was incredibly nice and patient with us, especially with my 7-year-old. Zaira helped me schedule their appointments, which was fast and easy. She was amazing throughout our visit and even helped me find the right pair of glasses for myself. While one of my boys was having his exam, she also helped keep an eye on the other, which allowed me to be there and focus on the child having his exam. As a mom with two kids at the appointment, I really appreciated that extra help! Everyone made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Such a positive first experience for my boys, and I’m very happy we chose to come here!
I went in for an eye exam and new glasses. I didn’t know what to expect since this was my first visit here. I was immediately greeted by associate Zaira. She was very professional and polite took her time with me explaining to me the difference in frames and went over my insurance information. She truly cares about her customers and makes sure we get our moneys worth. I tried on several frames she suggested and I am pleased to say she helped me pick out a frame that I really liked. Thank you for your exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
They were amazing and sweet. Went in for nose pad repair and Ziara took my classes and fixed them right away (cleaned them too!). No wait, immediate service. Would definitely recommend!🤗
Fantastic store and staff, my prescription ray bans needed nose pads, and I was help immediately. My regular optician couldn’t help me, so LensCrafters help me out. The store has new quality lenses for the whole family,will be returning for my next pair. Thanks again.
