This is by far the best experience that I have ever had with an eye exam followed through with picking out glasses. For starters, the Dr. really went in full depth to ensure the clarity in my vision. I suffer from really bad astigmatism and he patiently and thoroughly went through all the testing. I’ve never had so much testing done on my eyes in all my years of going to get eye exams but I genuinely appreciated it. Next, Jayron was so kind, patient, and attentive to not only my needs, but my sons as well. He helped me pick out my glasses and gave me honest feedback which I appreciated greatly. I would 100% recommend this place. Timely, thorough, kind, and attentive are all the words that I can explain about this place.

My husband lost his glasses and was completely unable to see or drive safely. We called our local LensCrafters store just 20 minutes before closing, and Francia answered with such genuine kindness and understanding. She immediately said they’d stay open to help him seen by the Doctor and get replacement pair made as quickly as possible. She even coordinated with the compassionate doctor on staff to ensure everything would be handled smoothly and professionally. We were already on our way when, right after hanging up, our friend and member of our search party found his glasses! Even though we no longer needed the service, I have to give a huge shoutout to Francia, the doctor, and the entire team for their incredible compassion, professionalism, and willingness to go out of their way after hours. It’s rare to find that level of care and teamwork in customer service these days. They turned a stressful situation into one where we felt truly supported and valued. LensCrafters is lucky to have such a dedicated and heartfelt team. Returned to Lenscrafters-Best Plaza again this year. We received excellent customer care from the staff in selecting and ordering our glasses.

I just had an eye exam at this location and had a great experience from the moment I called to schedule. The Rep(Francia) was so patient with checking on my insurance coverages, answering all my questions even before I set foot in the door. Dr. Bostwick also seemed to really care deeply for me as a patient and the changes that I might see regarding my eyesight in the coming years, and discussed my questions and concerns in detail. I also had him take Retinal images after he discussed the option with me. I would highly recommend this location for all things optical!
