Optometrist Next To Stanton Optical

Justin made my experience at Stanton Optical incredibly easy and stress-free. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to make sure I found the right glasses without making me feel rushed or pressured. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and Justin absolutely exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be coming back because of him. Highly recommend asking for Justin if you visit Stanton Optical!

I came in on April 2, 2026 & the customer service was amazing!!! Very professional, friendly & knowledgeable staff who worked very hard to ensure all patients orders were ready. Excellent customer service & this was such a great experience!!! There was a great variety of frames to choose from & the staff ensured that we found the right frames that fit what we were looking for. Mark, Evet & Diane were such awesome staff members at Same Day & it was a great pleasure to do business with this business due to their expertise & attentiveness!!! This experience actually made my day & this was my very first time having an eye exam or ordering frames & i didnt realize how good of an experience it would be & i can honestly say it was due to the staff & the great variety of frames!!!

I had a really great experience at Stanton Optical, and I especially want to highlight how amazing Maria was. She was incredibly friendly from the start and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole visit. It’s not often you come across someone who is both so professional and genuinely kind. Maria took the time to listen to what I was looking for, answered all my questions patiently, and helped me find frames that I absolutely love. She was super helpful without ever being pushy, and her knowledge really showed. You can tell she truly cares about making sure customers leave happy and confident in their choice. Because of Maria, the whole experience was smooth, easy, and actually enjoyable. I highly recommend Stanton Optical—and if you can, ask for Maria. She makes all the difference!

I would not recommend coming to this location. I went there in FEBRUARY for a contact lens/eye exam and my prescription for my contact lenses were never finalized as well as the trials being ordered incorrectly twice. I had to tell staff which trials to order because they weren’t even educated on the trials that would have my prescription, as well as just fitting me into any trials that were uncomfortable in order to try to accommodate. I had the Elk Grove manager promise me he was going to handle the situation and order me the trials I needed, this was in April and now’s it’s May and I have yet to hear back. I called two weeks ago to hear from this locations Manager so we can come to a solution and still never got a call back. Staff is friendly but overall service is lacking and they need a better system and better education on their products so people can walk out happy

Just finished my appointment at Stanton to get two pairs of glasses was approached by Steven after I looked around the store for about 30 minutes. I was still looking and he checked in with me one other time, but didn’t bother me until I was ready and when I was ready, he took me to his desk, where we went over all day reductions due to the buy one get one free Deal. 15 minutes later, I walked out the door with two gorgeous pairs of progressive-lensed Eyeglasses, completely, and totally informed of all the bills and whistles, warranties options and more not once did I feel I was being pressured to buy something I didn’t need in fact, even never pushed for having to get all the warranties or add-ons. His presentation was completely professional. It didn’t come off as being a salesman one bit. Additionally, Steven was generally interested in what I did for work and Challenged me to come up with suggestions or personal experiences that had help my careers flourish in summary, I would have no issue with returning to Stanton optical. I would gladly sit at Steven‘s desk anytime I need assistance with eyeglasses..
