I only come to the LensCrafters at Northridge Mall for all of my optical needs because I know I’ll always receive outstanding service. The staff here is consistently knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, taking the time to answer all of my questions and help me find the best options for my vision and eyewear. Ali today even replaced the tiny nose pieces on my prescription RAY-BAN sunglasses at no charge, which I truly appreciated. They make the entire process, from eye exams to choosing frames and lenses, easy and stress-free for my family every time we come for a service. I truly appreciate their expertise, honesty, and excellent customer service.

On Friday, April 24, 2026, the nose pad on my glasses broke. I went into LensCrafters, where I was assisted by a very lovely associate named Angela. She replaced my nose pads immediately while I waited. I would definitely recommend LensCrafters for any eyewear services. This was my second visit, and just like my first experience, it was outstanding! This time, sunglasses frame got bent, but as soon as I walked in, Ashley greeted me and immediately helped me get it fixed.
