LensCrafters

I had an amazing experience at LensCrafters in the West Covina Mall! My glasses were missing a tiny screw, and I wasn’t sure if they could even be repaired. Marie took the time to inspect them, found exactly what was missing, and fixed them quickly and perfectly. She was incredibly kind, professional, and made me feel like she genuinely cared about helping me. Thanks to Marie, my glasses are as good as new! Her attention to detail and outstanding customer service truly made my day. If you ever need help with your glasses, I highly recommend visiting LensCrafters at the West Covina Mall and asking for Marie. She provides exceptional care and goes above and beyond for her customers!

I brought my sunglasses and dropped them off with Valerie. She fixed them immediately and didn’t not charge me anything for the adjustment. I’m extremely satisfied with her service! I would highly recommend coming to LensCrafters ..!

I had an outstanding experience at LensCrafters, and Marie made all the difference. I came in expecting to make a quick adjustment to my current glasses, but after taking the time to understand what I was looking for, she helped me pick out and order two new pairs of frames that I truly needed. She was patient, honest, and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations without ever making me feel pressured. Her professionalism and friendly personality turned what I thought would be a quick visit into a great experience. Thank you, Marie, for your exceptional customer service—I highly recommend working with her!

Dr. Maryann Khatami was very thorough in her examination and answering any questions. She was very polite and professional and did not rush through the examination. She took her time which you rarely see now a days in the medical field. Dedrick helped my husband and I with our eye glasses and he also was very professional, polite, and had a positive attitude which is also very rare to see, especially in young people. They both made the experience very positive. The young lady that did my pre-exam also did a wonderful job, unfortunately I do not recall her name.
