I’ve been coming to this LensCrafters for years, both for my eye exams and to buy frames. Their customer service is unmatched! I want to thank Edison in particular, his kindness and authenticity goes a very long way. Thank you LensCrafters Brentwood team!
All around great experience. The team is very helpful. Doctor Zaragoza was amazing, explaining the results of my exam with perfect clarity (there’s an eye joke somewhere in there). Edison helped me with selecting and fitting my frames, rounding out what I would consider a perfect experience.
Adriana and Vicky were so kind i had a few pairs of glasses that needed repair and not only did they fix them free of charge they were cool too. We will continue getting our Eyewear from here going forward! Keep up the great work!
Just had an amazing experience at LensCrafters thanks to Edison! From the moment we walked in, he was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, helping us navigate through all the options to find the perfect pair of glasses. Edison took the time to listen to our needs, offering great recommendations, and making sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. His friendly, professional attitude truly made us feel valued as customers. Highly recommend him—thanks for making this such a pleasant and stress-free experience!
My wife and I goes to LensCrafters for annual eye check up every year. Their services are great. The people are friendly and helpful. It is very comfortable to do business with them. I highly recommend going to them for eye exam or for new prescription glasses.
