I dropped my favorite prescription Ray-Bans while bike riding yesterday and the lens popped out. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't get it back in. Stopped by the nearest LensCrafters and even though I didn't buy these there, Dimitri and his trusty tool kit fixed it in minutes, at no charge. Greatly appreciate the above and beyond service.
I was in on Sunday, 7/5 and was immediately greeted by Eloy who provided excellent customer service. As I was browsing the selection he reminded me if I needed further assistance to let him know. Eloy was very patient and answered all of my questions. His colleague Mikelle was also extremely helpful and worked on finalizing my order, so Eloy could take a break. They were short staffed that day and managed to assist not only the customers who walked in, but also the customers who called in over the phone. They definitely are a dynamic duo of a team and I appreciate the quality of their service, their kindness and all their effort to ensure I was happy with my final selection/purchase. Thanks again!
Jose was incredible! Great customer service and the quality of service itself. Will definitely come back again. Areli was also a magician at fixing a lose frame to feel brand new!
I'm one of many they helped quickly when the waves took my glasses! The team and Dr Maldiv were great and thorough. Seeing better and clearer compared to my glasses i just got last year
Angie at the LensCrafters in Santa Monica is an absolute gem. From the moment I walked in, she made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient with all my questions, and just had this warm, positive energy that made me feel totally at ease. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and cares about her patients. If you’re going to this location, ask for Angie — she’s the kind of person who makes you actually look forward to a medical appointment. Highly recommend!
