Denise is such a great help She helped my husband and I find glasses for him. She was on top of it. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for. She had a lot of patience with us. Very great customer service! We had a great first time experience. We will definitely come back!

Had such a great experience at LensCrafters thanks to Stephanie who helped me out a lot She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. She made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Customer service like that is hard to find these days, and she truly made my visit a positive one.
Stephanie tightened my dad’s glasses and did an excellent job. She was super professional, kind, and helpful. We really appreciated the great service!
Whoever they rely on to cut their lenses is unreliable and dont know anything about how to cut high prescription lenses. Bad coordination between management and the lenses cutters. Made me sad because I decided splurge for the first and tried out something that I knew was more expensive. And while I really liked the very knowledgeable doctor at my exam, was seriously disappointed by the rest of the process and the poor quality end result. I've regularly gotten better service and better quality in glasses from america's best which is like, literally the cheapest option available. Feel like I got less than bare minimum with them. I definitely expect a lot better when i'm paying more.
I walked in this past sunday trying to get my lens pads replaced after messing it up and the girls there were so helpful having it ready in less than 10 min, customer service a legit 10/10
