I have ordered many glasses & sunglasses over past 10 yrs from this location. I have always had the best customer service, better than private optometrists staff. I bring in a problem like my glasses in pieces (see photo) and always & I mean always the best service. I called a head and let Liz know I had a big problem and was coming in to get help. As usual, the best staff & the manager Alicia are just awesome, professional and helpful! Love them all for the service they provide. I would recommend this eye center to whoever asks where did you get your glasses? Thank you to each & everyone of you. I’ll see you next year & thanks sooo much for fixing my frames! BTW, I took in old pair that were busted up & they put parts back together on my current pair. I tend to buy one type frame and that resulted in being able to use parts from old pair to fix current glasses. I always leave smiling from my experience with these ladies! My wife and I went to a private optometrist for years but decided to try Walmart due to cost. We are so glad we made the decision to come here. The customer service was excellent which seems hard to find these days. I will definitely be coming back.

Been getting my glasses at Walmart for years now. Love the customer service. Alicia, Liz and Jazmin are always so helpful. Definitely recommend!

I stopped by to have my new glasses adjusted and was helped by Jazmin. She was super nice and very helpful! We chatted a bit while she adjusted my frames and she got them to fit perfectly on the first try! The whole process took less than five minutes, and I was very appreciative of her time and assistance. Thanks, Jazmin!!

We had a great experience at this vision center on Davis Rd, I have 2 sisters that are special needs and both Liz and Alicia at the optical were awesome, Liz was very friendly, kind, patient as well as informative with everything being done with both of them. My mom also had an appointment the following week and they were just as kind and friendly, they explain everything so well. I highly recommend this vision center. Thank you ladies for taking care of my mom and sisters. 🙂
