Shalie was very helpful she is a newer employee at the store but still very knowledgeable and was able to tighten my glasses I havnt been able to wear in months because they didn’t fit. After visiting with her for a few moments she took great care of me and made them a lot better, now I have glasses that fit and a trustworthy store to visit if I ever need help again. Thanks again Shalie!

I went into LensCrafters yesterday looking for new frames for my new prescription. Karina pleasantly greeted as I browsed. She gave me space to look on my own but also offered suggestions. She patiently helped as I tried on various frames & provided feedback when I asked. Once I found the one, she took the time to go over what insurance covered &/or didn’t. Though the store was busy, she maintained focused on me. My so who wears glasses, was with me & the lense happened to popped out of the frame of his glasses. He complained about his glasses being crooked too. Karina took the time to fix them too! Karina not only provided exceptional customer service but was so knowledgeable! Thank you so much for your help, Karina!

I ordered glasses online because it said you can return in store if they don’t work out. Well they were blurry so I tried to return them in the store at cherry creek mall. The associate was lazy and told me they don’t accept returns for online orders. I showed her the policy and she acted all bothered. Didn’t even apologize. She had to call headquarters to learn how to process it. Was glaring at me the whole time like I did something wrong. Lazy and rude. Will shop for eyewear elsewhere. Still waiting for my refund by the way.

As I was leaving the mall today, the screw in my glasses' frame popped out and was nowhere to be found. I contacted LensCrafters at the mall and was promptly helped by Karina. She found the correct size screw and fixed my glasses (at no charge) without an appointment, Customer service was excellent, even though I had not purchased my glasses through their business.. Will definitely be thinking about LensCrafters for my next pair of glasses.

Casey was absolutely amazing! I happened to walk into the store while walking around the mall because my glasses were sitting very unevenly on my face. Casey immediately took the time to help me and carefully adjusted them using the proper tools to make sure they fit correctly. They didn’t rush the process and made sure everything felt comfortable and aligned perfectly. I really appreciated the kindness and attention to detail. Such great customer service!
