Great experience. Called ahead and spoke to Allan about getting replacement glasses for my daughter. He also helped us when we came in. 100%!! Perfect service, he’s a credit to their team. We got the glasses she wanted for a fair price, and Allan walked her through the whole store. I’m not normally a chain-store guy, but if you need glasses on the quick, with great service, this is your place. Thanks Allan!
on 24 July 2026 I went to LensCrafters at Evergreen walk in South Windsor Connecticut. I just would like to say Service was excellent. Alexander and Rebecca were both amazing and both deserve a five star rating. I love LensCrafters.
I literally just left LensCrafters in Evergreen Walk South Windsor. I went in there With a question in regard to the speaker on my Meta Ray-Ban‘s not working. I spoke to Savannah and I must say she was extremely helpful. Very kind did not push me to purchase anything at all and gave me some advice as well. I would gladly do business with that store In the future.
This review is based solely on the real estate inside the store. The store representatives are amazing. The store furniture needs replacing. This Lens Crafters must replace their customer chairs. I’m trying to understand how home values in South Windsor are about $500,000 but the Lens Crafters in South Windsor does not have acceptable chairs for customers. These photos tell the story. No one wants to sit in these chairs. The chairs that are in the LensCrafters in South Windsor are not even acceptable for donation.
Alex was so helpful and willing to go the extra mile to ensure the pair of frames I purchased was exactly what I had in mind when I placed the order. Really appreciated his customer service!
