I had the best experience with this practice. I recently had my full eye exam and contact lens fitting done with Prudhomme Vision. The girls at the front desk were primo, especially Brittany. The tall girl with the short hair was very friendly and helpful in explaining my insurance benefits. Dr. Prudhomme was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and concerns, made me feel comfortable and not rushed through the exam. I will be referring all of my friends and family for their eye exams here :)

Exceptional service! I had an issue with my eye and they were able to fit me in on the same day. The staff is extremely courteous and polite, and the doctors are professional, positive, and friendly. I was out the door in 15 minutes with a clear explanation of the issue and a prescription. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Prudhomme Vision. The staff was welcoming, efficient, and attentive from the moment I arrived. My exam was thorough, and everything was explained clearly at each step, which made the entire process smooth and comfortable. I appreciated the professionalism and the care taken to ensure my questions were answered. Overall, it was a very positive visit, and I’d be happy to return for future eye care needs.

The front desk staff were so pleasant and accommodated my schedule. The Dr. was amazing. For years I have struggled with problems with my eyes and prescriptions. She was able to answer all my questions as well as propose several care options for me to choose from. She was excellent at explaining everything to me. I would really recommend this Optometry Group highly.

Unacceptable customer service. Would give 0 stars if possible. I contacted them the other day to inquire about purchasing non-corrective, colored, contacts lenses. I explained that I simply wanted to have the option to change my eye color. The woman who answered the phone acted as if I were inconveniencing her. She bluntly told me I needed a prescription. I was confused and explained that I didn't want corrective lenses. (This was a new process for me and I didn't realize how it worked). Instead of helping me by explaining what she meant, she simply repeated herself. So I tried to understand what she was saying and asked "Oh! So even with non-corrective lenses I would need a prescription for the size/shape of the contacts?" She said "yes." I asked pleasantly, "How would I go about getting a prescription?" She replied in the same irritated fashion "You need to be seen by a doctor." Absolutely useless employee! You had an opportunity to say "I'd be happy to set you up with an appointment with one of our optometrists and get you fitted! We have a variety of colors to choose from! What does your schedule look like?" You had an opportunity to be pleasant and send positivity out into the world. You had an opportunity to grow your business not just by me becoming a customer, but by the customers you would have gained via the referrals I would've given you when people asked about my eye color. I went to Walmart. Yes, Walmart Vision Center in Manchester. I received exceptional, friendly service as a walk-in on Easter weekend, a complete and thorough eye exam, a complimentary pair of lenses and cleaning products, instruction on proper care and they set me up with ordering all the lenses I need. If that receptionist's dog died that morning, or she just received an untreatable cancer diagnosis then I will remove this comment and apologize for pointing out her lack of enthusiasm and phone etiquette. But I have a feeling she just isn't cut out for appointment scheduling. Might I suggest seeing if the DMV is hiring?
