LensCrafters

The staff at the Trumbull are top notch. Belledy was who helped myself and my partner out. She was very knowledgeable, extremely patient and thorough in all that she did. On our return visit to pick up my glasses that needed to be ordered, Lou helped us out this time and he also provided top notch service. I will be returning again to this location in the future when I need to get glasses - 5 out of 5 service! Thank you to all the staff at the Trumbull location!

I had an outstanding experience with this store’s staff. I ordered some glasses online and when they arrived I wasn’t able to go pick them up. I called the store to get some help with returning my order and Emrah went above and beyond to help me. I’m so happy with the attention and kindness I received, and they truly deserve recognition for their excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

From the beginning until the end, Maria Ford has been such a blessing in her role here at LensCrafters. She deserves a raise. She was warm and relatable as much as she was detailed and supportive in helping me find me the right fit for the right price. In fact, every employee was very supportive and gave me multiple options and perspective as I entertained a process that I was long removed from due to having contacts for many years. This has been such a wonderful experience. I will be seeing you all very soon!!! Thanks again Maria. God bless you!!!

I was just there to shop for a new pair of frames and Natalie assisted me. She was fantastic as she took the time to review my insurance and really saw what the best deal was for me. I could not have been happier.

Excellent, the staff are top notch. This is the Trumbull. The person who assisted me, He seems to know me like a book as far as what style I like. His picked was right on the mark and not only it compliments and face, I loved it. Thank you all and the store has a great atmosphere. All the workers and kind and pleasant.
