Amazing! From start to finish. My daughter and i both had eye exams and picked out frames. Everyone at the Morrow eye center was so nice and welcoming. Julia is absolutely the best! So sweet. Very knowledgeable. Extremely helpful. She made sure glasses for both me and my daughter fit perfectly. I never once felt stressed or pressured. Julia took her time and made sure we were 100% happy. I was a first time Lens Crafter's customer and I had a great experience at the 1363 Mount Zion road location. The Doctor and staff were professional, kind and welcoming and I will definitely recommend this location to family and friends. I also appreciate the fact that the selection of glasses were stylish and reasonably priced! Also, I can't forget the sweet young lady, who helped me get fitted for my glasses, I believe her name was Julia, she was so patient, sweet, kind and professional, making my first time experience very comfortable, I really appreciate her. I'm sending her yellow butterflies (she knows what that means). I purchased three pairs of glasses and will be back to purchase another pair in the near future from this location. I received outstanding customer service from Levi last week, when I had to visit the store to purchase replacement glasses. I have been purchasing my glasses here for years and each time I have been there she has consistently provided excellent customer service. She is always knowledgeable and patient as she answers all my questions and concerns. She is always pleasant and provides me the best options to assist with my glasses needs and concerns. I have recommend my friends and family to purchase their glasses and contacts here too and will continue to do so.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had in at the eye doctor. Wonderful customer service, Monica and Levi took the time to walk me through everything and answered any questions no matter how crazy. Wonderful Dr., she took her time to get the best results possible and wonderful selection of eyewear, I love my Tiffany glasses so much and my meta glasses was very affordable.
