Miss Sheila was very helpful from the start! She replaced the nose pads in two of my glasses and now I feel like I have new glasses. Dr. Sirota listened to my needs and filled my prescription correctly. It was a pleasurable experience at this particular LensCrafters.
The choices of frames were just ok. I couldn’t find what I was looking for and the frames were too big for my face. The person at the desk couldn’t find my insurance coverage in the system. The sales person explained the sales they had and she tried to accommodate me even without any luck with my insurance coverage. They may need a better system to locate customers.
Excellent service from store manager Tim and his staff. Very knowledgeable and accommodating for adjustments, decent selection of frames (though not expansive) fairly quick turnaround to complete lenses; will take longer if frames are not in stock and must be ordered.
First time going in. They provided amazing service especially with everything going on during these times. Everything was sanitized before and after anyone touched it. The eye exam was thorough and everything was explained to me as it happened. The glasses that were picked for me were great even though they were a bit pricey but that comes down to, "you get what you pay for". I would recommend going here over any other place that may be "Cheaper".
Today I was assisted by Kiavon. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. I was able to get my glasses within 30 minutes of my fitting, something I did not expect at all! Kiavon made sure I recieved the best deal possible even with me paying out of pocket and on a budget. She was very thorough when presenting me with the different lense, brand, price, and warranty options I could choose from. I have been wearing glasses/contacts for over 15 years now and I have never received customer service as high on the scale as I did today. I do not see myself going anywhere else at this point. Special thanks to Kiavon a lenscrafters associate and Dr.Yu's receptionist for making my experience and my mother's, WONDERFUL!!!
