I had an outstanding experience at the LensCrafters in Tucker today. My carbon fiber frames had become misaligned, and the gentleman assisting me carefully used heat to restore them to their original fit. He also thoroughly cleaned the area around the lenses, making my glasses look and feel like new. What impressed me most was that he took the time to teach me the proper way to remove my glasses using both hands so I can help prevent them from becoming misaligned again. That level of education, attention to detail, and genuine customer care is rare. Top-tier service from start to finish. I highly recommend this LensCrafters location to anyone looking for knowledgeable professionals who truly care about their customers.

I had an excellent experience at LensCrafters. I found the staff to be professional, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. Myra helped me to find exactly what I wanted and worked with my insurance to suggest the best options to satisfy my needs. I have also had a good experience at Stone Mountain location as well. While you can always find cheaper, it’s hard to find good quality and service nowadays. I will definitely continue to go to LensCrafters for my optical needs.

Benn waiting 2 months for my prescription frame paid over $587 and was told that the Sales associate person took down the wrong adjustment for my frames. Told that my friends would be back in seven days. It’s been now 30 days today. I supposed to pick my glasses up if my glasses are not there or not ready I’m just gonna ask for a refund. Ask, could I get the Meta glasses and exchange for the frames that I brought in was told that I had to pay a difference which was another $100 to whit I don’t understand. I paid over $587 for my friend. Why would I have to pay another $100 for the metal frame when the metal frame is not costing but $487. Super disappointed in LensCrafters I don’t think I’ll be shopping here again for my glasses nor exam the exam was over $150.

Went in for a a frame adjustment for a pair of sunglasses I purchased a couple of years ago. There was no wait, I was helped promptly, and Matt was extremely kind, courteous, and helpful. All around pleasant experience. For a chain store, the staff at the Tucker location makes the experience feel personal every time.
