First time having glasses. The connected eye doctor was helpful and then staff at LensCrafters helped me choose some frames with the prescription lenses. Jaden was awesome to work with, especially to design custom sunglasses! It was a fun and I appreciated his patience mocking up my ideas. I had like 15 pairs of frames on his desk... Paige has been awesome too, she has helped me adjust the two pairs I bought to fit well and navigate how to use/care for my new glasses. Def recommend. My experience was exceptional! I had uninterrupted service, and honest feedback when choosing my glasses. I was not rushed, and was presented with many options. Taiya and Paige understood my goal, and made it theirs as well. Their solid knowledge base of their product streamlined the process. Taiya and Paige were very professional, yet friendly. They were extremely welcoming, and kind. Their impact on my experience cannot be underestimated. I find customer service lacking in many areas, but that clearly was not the case here. Antwon Davis wa s excellent ! I walked in to LensCrafters at Castleton Mall in Indianapolis Indiana and was greeted by Antwon. I had brought in my 84 year old friends glasses to be repaired. He ended up repairing them right there! He is so kind and he is a great asset to your company!

My husband and I both visited LensCrafters for a new pair of glasses. We had the pleasure of working with Alex Willis. We were greeted kindly as we walked into the store, and all of our questions were answered every step of the way. As the daughter of an optometrist for 40 years, I quickly recognized Alex’s extensive knowledge of the business. From start to finish, Alex not only made this chore of finding glasses easy, but her expertise gave me confidence in our purchase, and her genuine kindness left me with a smile on my face. Our glasses came in quickly and were in pristine condition.
