Really engaging staff who took the time to walk me through lots of different frame options and gave what felt like honest opinions, not just upselling. When my first pair wasn't quite right, they took it back without hassle and had a new one ready in about a week. I also had an eye exam done at the practice right next door (seems affiliated or adjacent), which made the whole process seamless. Went in expecting a typical chain-store experience but was impressed by how personal and attentive the service was.

Tierra was a phenomenal help! Unfortunately due to some callouts it was a rough start to the day however nonetheless she stood professional, polite and even got me my resolution I needed. Kudos to her make sure we take care of good help as its hard to come across these days!

Stopped by the store to get information regarding my options for eyewear. I was greeted by a friendly associate. They spent the next hour reviewing my options including pricing. This person was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product. I would definitely recommend if you’re interested in learning more about your eyewear choices!

Stopped in for a frame adjustment and had a great experience. Christopher was friendly, professional, and took the time to make sure my glasses fit perfectly. The adjustment was quick, and my glasses feel much more comfortable now. Excellent customer service!
