I had a great experience from start to finish. The process was smooth and easy, and the customer service truly stood out. Sonia went above and beyond she explained everything clearly, made sure I understood my options, and even helped me transfer my benefits from Visionworks without any hassle. That level of care made a big difference. I’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a stress-free experience and top-tier service.

3 years ago, I purchased new glasses. The assistant manager melted the frame to adjust it and squished her fingerprint into the ear piece. It cooled with jagged edges and scratched behind my ear. When I expressed wanting a new frame, she was completely annoyed by me, like I was the problem. A "new" frame was "ordered." After weeks, I had to call to ask if it ever came in. They said they were ready and forgot to call. I went in to find loose, warped frames, but the same assistant manager was the one helping me, so I felt helpless. I'm convinced they were taken off the try-on wall and my lenses popped in. I asked them to not feel so loose and to not have warped ear pieces making it not a tight fit. She said it was the best she could do without breaking the frames and that's just how it's supposed to be (even though my brand new frames she messed up were nice and tight on my face). I've spent 3 years with this disdain until I finally went somewhere else to get the frames adjusted, and they're tight and comfortable. I love the doctor associated with the location, but that experience (and with an assistant manager) has clearly left an impression. I wish the doctor office would stop having someone there to grab you right after your appointment so it's not on me to have to say I'm not interested in speaking to anyone there.

When we walked in the lobby was full. The women at the counter did a great job getting everyone checked in quickly. The wait time was reasonable and everyone was friendly. The doctor that performed the exam was Jessica Crum. She was very friendly and took time to talk about the exam and the images. The women in the store were very helpful and very nice. We will definitely be using this Lens Crafters for future appointments and glasses/sunglasses.

Sam was fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable. I learned some new things with her regarding glasses. There is quite some information out there and Lenscrafters definitely is keeping up! Highly recommend due to the options and technology that not every company offers.

Beverly at LensCrafters was fantastic. I stepped on my glasses and thought they were beyond repair. Both hinges were bent out of alignment, and one side wouldn't even close. She carefully adjusted them and got them back to perfect in just a few minutes—and she didn't even charge me. They fit just like they did before. Excellent customer service, and she saved me from having to replace an expensive pair of glasses. Thank you, Beverly!
