Ordered glasses from LensCrafters some time ago. Came back to get them adjusted. Was greeted rudely and then told that no one could do that for me. Unbelievable to have a store that can’t provide basic service and give an unpleasant experience to boot. Will be going out of my way to get glasses from somewhere else in the future
I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences at this LensCrafters and their staff when buying glasses, and when I came in with a pair of bent wire glasses today, one of their associates Neil fixed them up for me perfectly in just a few minutes. Excellent customer service, thank you Neil!
All around wonderful experience! Special shoutout to my friends Neil and Anna! Visited the store under an hour before closing due to a broken pair of prescription glasses. They were very kind, got me fitted, and made the whole process a breeze. Showcased their professional, patience, & attentiveness. They will answer any and all questions so don’t hesitate to ask. Loved working with these two and would recommend anyone to pay them a visit. Also received my new frames in under a week so I am very satisfied!! You rock Neil & Anna! 20/10 and thank you again!
