My experience at LensCrafters was excellent from start to finish. Jen, who assisted me, was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Since this was my first time purchasing prescription glasses, I was feeling a bit anxious, but she immediately put me at ease. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process comfortable and stress-free. The store was clean, well organized, and the staff worked together seamlessly to provide great customer service. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and communicated well with one another, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend LensCrafters to anyone looking for quality service and a positive eyewear shopping experience.

I haven’t had much luck previously pertaining to eye care. However, the staff here is amazing. From the assistant (Shayanne) to the optometrist and then off to the sales team. Firstly, the staff here have a great attitude. Those of you that don’t like things close to your face, this staff understands and demonstrate patience. I met with Eric in the LensCrafters portion of eyewear sales. He was very helpful and willing to work with our insurance to help me get the best offer available. Overall from reception to fitting the experience was actually exciting instead of my usual anxiety filled experience at other places.

Shannon was extremely helpful but not pushy or bothersome. He's very personable, explained everything in a way a customer can understand. Great sense of humor. My experience here at Lenscrafters beats Vision Works any day.

Excellent! My eye exam revealed that my eyesight got better, but I think it's due to an inferior exam the year before (from a different company completely unattached to LC - needless to say, I won't be returning there!). Couldn't believe the difference when I put on my new glasses! The inventory is astounding; if you can't find it there, it probably doesn't exist. Fast turn-around for delivery of the new glasses: six days. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend.

Great selection of frames! Dorina is always helpful and provides excellent feedback around what looks good and what doesn’t. Highly recommend this LensCrafters location!
