I had a great experience. They were fast and fixed my badly bent glasses after I accidentally stepped on them. They also put my lenses back in and fixed the nose pad, all within an hour and at no charge. Definitely worth a visit if you ever step on your glasses like I did!
It was easy to schedule an eye exam online. The eye exam was thorough and everything was very well explained. The personnel was friendly and professional. They helped me pick frames without any pressure. They listened to my preferences and suggested frames that fit what I was looking for. They have a variety of frames at different price ranges. They then explained the lens options and offered me different pricing options. Overall a very pleasant and reassuring experience.
I recently visited this optical store and was impressed by the wide selection of frames. I ordered two pairs of prescription sunglasses, and the entire process was smooth and professional. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the name of the employee who helped me, but everyone in the store was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. I was told my glasses would be ready in 7 to 10 days, but I received both a text message and an email after just four days saying they were ready for pickup. That was a pleasant surprise. The store is conveniently located in the city center, and the showroom is modern, clean, and beautifully designed. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place.
The people here are so nice and willing to help. I needed an adjustment for my glasses and they did a great job! I would recommend them. They can help with various sizes for frames to make sure you have a great experience & fit! Check them out.
Sayma was wonderful. She was really helpful, kind, and patient. I had a lot of questions and she answered them all enthusiastically and kindly. I needed new prescription glasses as soon as possible after losing my only pair and they made it work. The manager contacted me back after finding they had my prescription in stock and it made my day. Saved me for sure. I would recommend this location over any other one is Boston.
