LensCrafters

I had a really disappointing experience at this location. The manager handled my glasses and completely distorted the frame, leaving them in worse condition than when I brought them in. Instead of taking responsibility or attempting to fix the issue, I was told to “take them back to where you got them from,” even though they are a LensCrafters frame and still under warranty. To add context, these are $500 Miu Miu frames that I originally purchased at the Bethesda location, and I will now be going back there to get the proper help that I should have received here. That response felt dismissive and unhelpful, especially considering the damage happened in-store. I expected a level of professionalism and accountability that just wasn’t there. I would not recommend coming here if you value proper care of your eyewear.

I have been a long time lenscrafters customer but this location is by far the best. Sonia and Lorena were extremely helpful, kind and patient. They made sure both me and my mom found the perfect pair of glasses and went above and beyond for us. I worked in customer service for a long time and they are the embodiment of excellent CS. This will be the only location I go to from now on. Besides the amazing service, they had a great variety of frames so I ended up getting both glasses and prescription sunglasses. Went to other places looking for frames before and none of them offered the level of service and care Lorena and Sonia gave us. I love when a place shows me that superb CS still exists.

I had a great experience with Rosana today. She was super patient and walked us through every step of buying new lenses. She answered all our questions and made sure we understood all our options. Excellent customer service!

I had an excellent experience at the Wheaton location of LensCrafters! I especially want to recognize Sonia, the manager, for her outstanding service. Her diligence and professionalism truly made my experience the best it could be. She took the time to help me select the perfect frames and addressed every issue that came up with patience and care. Sonia was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend this location, and if you ever run into a hiccup, ask for Sonia — she is open, available, and truly dedicated to serving her customers well!

Rosana really was a great help! She helped with looking for glasses my partner was interested in and that suited his face. She was very patient as well. We really enjoyed coming in yesterday, Thank you so much to Rosana!!
