I’ve been going to LensCrafters my whole Life and at this location I’ve never had a problem with appointments or ever waiting there for a long time. It’s in and out nice and quick. Dr.Lorenzo is the best eye doctor I’ve been to. Very professional and an all around great person to be around. I do not mind coming in once a year for my eye exams for my contacts.

I spent a lot of money on Ray-Ban, Meta AI glasses with prescription transitions and even upgraded all the anti-glare and everything. Sales people were super nice. Talked me into getting a warranty.. Two months after glasses fell out of my truck while I was driving on a busy road. I figured it’d be fine. I pay all this money for the warranty plus even if I submit a warranty claim I have to pay $100-$150 to get the replacements… Which is the cost of the product for them. They told me I had to have some of the glasses with me when filing a warranty claim. I was so frustrated so I went back to the busy road rest of my life to get a piece of whatever I could find left of the glasses took when I had back to the LensCrafters on Hall Road. The girls were irritated. I was even there told me now it had to have a piece of the camera it’s been six months but now I need my sunglasses and I need my regular glasses. I feel like they scam me out of my warranty and honestly, they should’ve told me it’s not covered if it’s lost or stolen and then if it is broken. I have to have a piece of the camera something so specific for a stupid warranty. I’m contemplating just submitting bad reviews on Facebook yelp everywhere I can and letting the Better Business Bureau know I hope you guys reach out and say that you can help me because I’m gonna have to pay 100 just to get the replacements from warranty anyways and I even went back on that dumb road to get you what you requested and the girls failed to give me enough information before I went back out there. I’m actually pretty upset.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I always get my eye exam here and purchase my glasses and contacts. Would highly recommend. Dr Yates is the best!
I went to see Dr. Lograsso today and had a perfect experience. He was very informative during my eye exam and was more than happy to answer all of my questions. He took his time and I would recommend him to anyone!
My optometrist was very polite and helpful in regards' to any questions I may have had. Great selection of frames and helpful staff when it came time to pick out new frames.
